Governance
- Working with the school’s governing body on governance issues
- Designing and conducting workshops for Boards on such issues as strategic planning, Board structure, conduct of meetings, internal school relations and communications
- Assisting with the design of Board manuals, procedures and committee structure
- Working with Boards and school management to establish appropriate communication and effective working relationships
- Assisting Boards to discharge their duties effectively
